The Kissing Bandit tells the story of Dale Saunders, who is having some romantic issues with his wife who has kicked him to the curb. One stormy night, a gorgeous redhead in distress shows up at his new pad and rekindles his lost lust. While she promises to fulfill his secret sexual fantasy, she prowls at night making the same promise to other men she seduces and rips off with the help of her accomplice. When the media warns the public, Atlanta is swept up with the Kissing Bandit fever that captures the imagination of wannabes who don masks and tights trying to spark sexual interest in their own partners.

The singles look through each other's luggage and date in the darkroom.

Five teams tackle an extreme driving course to try to win $50,000.
